Meet Tennessee’s premier all-female plastic and reconstructive team, headed by Dr. Natasha Luckey and Dr. Kristina O’Shaughnessy. As passionate practitioners, they are committed to continually advancing their craft and pushing the boundaries of surgical techniques.
Natasha Nicole Luckey M.D. is board-certified female plastic surgeon who specializes in reconstructive surgery of the body. Dr. Luckey’s love of medicine began in high school when she trained to be a medical assistant and worked in an internal medicine office. She went on to become a registered nurse before earning her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 2007, followed by the completion of a highly competitive integrated plastic surgery program at the University of Southern Illinois. After graduating from her residency program, she sought further experience with her aesthetic and reconstructive training by pursuing and completing a fellowship in cosmetics and breast reconstruction at Maxwell Aesthetics in Nashville under the mentorship of Dr Patrick Maxwell.
As a wife, mother of 4, and skilled professional, she now returns to the Nashville market with a full understanding of female needs, providing a champion for their desires, and improving access to aesthetic and reconstructive care delivered from a female perspective. She currently holds appointments at several Nashville hospitals, including Williamson Medical Center, Stonecrest, and Centennial (Tristar) hospitals. Dr Luckey is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and American Medical Association.
Dr. Kristina Dare O’Shaughnessy, M.D., is a board-certified female plastic surgeon with extensive training in reconstructive surgery of the body. Her passion for medicine began in high school one summer while shadowing her mother who was a Hospice nurse for many years. Living in central Florida since the age of 11, she was honored to attend the University of Florida on full academic scholarship graduating with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. She worked in research at the University of Florida for one year, before attending the University of Florida School of Medicine where she earned several awards for outstanding research.
Dr. O’Shaughnessy traveled to Chicago where she completed seven years of surgical training in the Integrated Plastic Surgery Program at Northwestern University. After Northwestern, she received an additional year of specialty training in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery under the leadership of Dr. Patrick Maxwell in Nashville. Dr. O’Shaughnessy is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Natalie Gipson, licensed medical aesthetician, is a trusted skin care expert with over seven years experience in facial rejuvenation and corrective treatments. She specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments, anti-aging treatments, corrective chemical peels and laser treatments. Always cutting edge, Natalie is devoted to finding the most effective technologies and treatments available to ensure the best possible results for her patients.
Natalie has a comprehensive approach addressing the total health and well-being of your skin. She customizes her in office treatments to address multiple skin concerns and educate patients on how to effectively care for their skin at home. Her goal is to provide result oriented, corrective solutions for all skin concerns while striving to provide a level of care the encompasses compassion, builds strong provider/client relationships and treatments that yield exceptional results.
When Natalie is not busy at work you will find her spending her time with her daughter Kayden and her son Ledger. She enjoys physical fitness and hiking, biking, skiing and pretty much anything active. She loves to travel and looks forward to the many adventures ahead.
