Dr. Luckey is an amazing doctor. Additionally her staff is outstanding and follows her lead. She cares for her staff and patients, her bedside manor demonstrates this. She is passionate about her work and possesses tremendous integrity. And she is talented. So talented.For me personally, I had contemplated getting a breat reduction for a long while. I finally researched doctors in my area and came across Dr. Natasha Luckey. I scheduled a consultation and it was six months out her office was so busy, and this during the pandemic! I figured it was worth the wait. And it was. I was huge for my small frame, but now I am well proportioned. The girls are just the right size, exactly what I asked for. The incisions are small and hardly visible. Dr. Luckey is so talented and so sweet. Five stars and I highly recommend! 🙂

It's intimidating to write this review as I want to do this practice justice. Over the years since having breast cancer, Ive gotten the opportunity to visit quite a number of medical professionals. Whether by medical necessity or by elective, you will not find a better practice or plastic surgeon! I went in with extremely high expectations and Dr. OShaughnessy and her staff FAR exceeded those expectations! From making my initial appointment to post surgery, I recieved the BEST care imaginable! I was never treated like just another patient, I was treated like a treasured family member. I Love LOVE love Dr. Oshaughnessy, Dr. Luckey and the entire staff! I adore Dr. Luckey! She handled my reconstruction after my double mastectomy and it looks amazing! Quite possibly better than the ‘originals’. I was very worried about the final outcome, but her calm demeanor and expertise made me feel like I was in good hands. She really cares about her patients as people who have real worries and concerns. She made me feel at ease at a very, very difficult time. Her work is absolutely beautiful. Everything is symmetrical and my scars are hidden nicely. Her staff feels like family especially Kaylee, and appointments are always on time. Accompanied a friend to her 1 week post-OP revision breast reconstruction appointment today. The receptionist was so awesome and knew my friend by name as soon as we arrived! The surgeon not only did a great job with the surgery, she had the most wonderful, welcoming, teaching, encouraging bedside manner! Dr. O'Shaughnessy is so talented and passionate about caring for breasts (healthy and not so healthy)! Dr. Luckey came in as well during the visit. I have been a Nurse Practitioner for 19 years and this office has far exceeded expectations!

Absolutely incredible!!!! This was probably the most welcoming staff ive ever met! They have built such an incredible and caring team. I had visited two other doctors before seeing Dr. O’Shaughnessy. I knew the second I met her that she was exactly who I needed to go with. She is so knowledge able and makes you feel so comfortable. Works with you so you really understand the procedure. Helped me find my perfect ideal size for my body type and that fit my body. If people didnt know me before they would have no idea that I got plastic surgery and thats exactly what I wanted. Something I really liked about the procedure too is that she buys multiple implants around the size that you decided on and she tries them on you. It was comforting to know that she did try to go bigger but it just didn't work for my body at all. I could not be happier with my implants and the job that she did!!! They are absolutely perfect!!! Ive been back for my follow up appointments and everyone in the office is always so giddy and excited for me saying they look great!!! You look so happy! To me thats what I want from a staff. People that actually care about you and you're not just a paycheck. Since then I have been back to Dr. O’Shaughnessy for botox as well...and low and behold she's just as a perfectionist. Please look no further when it comes to doing implants. She is one of the best in the business!

She & her staff are always so sweet & helpful while being so professional.Her office is a friendly place of hope.I was diagnosed with breast breast & scared to death. I had already decided to undergo a double mastectomy & would need reconstruction, which I couldn’t even imagine at the time.I had gone to a plastic surgeon once before & while his surgery was fine, I hospitalized with being in kidney failure & spent a week In Vanderbilt recovering. They told us I would have died before the morning if my daughterhad not rushed me to the emergency room.Thank God they saved me but the Dr. had given me water pills & sent me home earlier. There was never any apologies or talking with me about his mistake in sending me home. So I was very leery.Dr Luckey was so awesome. I couldn’t have had a better plastic surgeon than her, with her skills & real concern & compassion with her patients. Even when I would be hurt a little she would even apologize for it hurting me & she really meant it.Dr. Luckey is such an artist in surgery. I love my new breasts & I also had her tighten up my arms & I think I look great again. She does beautiful work & my fiancé thinks so too! 💕
